    The horizon city view room was spacious, with a perfect view of lumpini park. The rooftop bar, moon bar, was just lovely. The staff were friendly, always willing to help. The award-winning spa offered a great sense of relaxation while enjoying the city vibe.

    The food was outstanding especially during the buffet breakfast. I had a new-fashioned and en suite room. The location was beautiful, within easy walking distance of Snake Farm.

    service at the pool, which unfortunately is almost never in the sun, the breakfast was very good

    The hotel is good, no question. But it is also relatively expensive. For 1/3 of the price, one gets similar service in a better location with a few deductions. So this is less criticism of the hotel itself than more of the price-performance ratio and the location that is not very inviting for a "walking tour" of Bangkok.

    I had an amazing time! The rooftop bar views were lovely, and the Thai cooking class was a fantastic experience. The pool was lovely too! Would definitely return.

    Great place with excellent wi-fi, a fantastic outdoor swimming pool, and a cute bar area. On my first visit, the staff even helped me find great shopping spots. Highly recommend for a city break!

    Excellent facilities, Vertigo has an amazing view. Concierge staff could do with some more customer service skills in my opionion. They were not overly friendly or welcoming on many occasions when we were coming and going.

    Having stayed in a smaller boutique hotel in Chian Mai i found the staff here gave less attention to detail and could do with taking a leaf from there colleagues in Chiang Mai

    Amazing views from the rooftop!

    Spent 2 nights here and wow, the views from the rooftop bar were something else! The room was a bit cozy for our family, but the super nice team with our requests. Loved the breakfast options too. Just wish the pool area felt a bit more spacious. Great stay!

    Wery nice hotel that i recommend.

    Due to Red skirt demonstrations outside the hotel i was not allowed to leave the hotel during my stay. All bars and restaurants (all but one) were closed also.

    Great hotel. Pure luxury. We were here on honeymoon and the staff and service provided were second to none! Free cake and a bottle of wine in our room. Go to the Moon bar for cocktails - beautiful! Will def be back!
